At Anshtrix, we aim to provide smooth, secure and reliable digital financial services including AEPS Banking, Domestic Money Transfer, BBPS & Bill Payments, Micro ATM, Recharge Services, Insurance, PAN Services and API Solutions. Since many of our services involve real-time digital transactions, refunds and cancellations are subject to specific guidelines to ensure transparency, security and compliance with applicable requirements. Please read this policy carefully before availing our services.
1. Transaction Success & Failure
Transactions processed successfully through Anshtrix or its authorized service partners are generally considered final and cannot be cancelled after successful completion.
If a transaction fails and the customer's account has been debited but the intended service has not been delivered, the transaction may be reviewed for refund or reversal.
A refund or reversal is not automatic in every case. The transaction must be verified through the relevant bank, payment network, biller, operator or service provider before a refund can be approved.
2. Service Cancellation
Most Anshtrix services are digital and transaction-based. Because transactions may be processed immediately through banks, payment networks and third-party service providers, cancellation may not be possible once a transaction has been initiated or successfully processed.
Cancellation requests may be considered only where the transaction remains pending and cancellation is technically and operationally possible.
- Successful transactions generally cannot be cancelled.
- A pending transaction may be reviewed for cancellation where applicable.
- Cancellation is subject to the applicable bank, biller, operator or service-provider rules.
- Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation or refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or reversal may be considered in circumstances such as:
Amount Debited but Service Not Delivered
The customer's account was debited, but the requested service was not successfully delivered.
Duplicate Transaction
The same transaction was processed more than once due to a confirmed technical or system issue.
Technical Failure
A technical failure is confirmed by the applicable banking, payment or service provider.
Transaction Reversal
A transaction is officially reversed or returned by the applicable bank, network or service provider.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following transactions are generally non-refundable once successfully completed, subject to applicable law and the policies of the relevant service provider:
- Successfully completed AEPS transactions.
- Successfully completed Micro ATM cash withdrawal or banking transactions.
- Successfully completed domestic money transfer transactions.
- Successfully processed BBPS and utility bill payments.
- Successfully completed mobile, DTH or other recharge transactions.
- Successfully processed FASTag or other supported recharge transactions.
- Insurance premiums or insurance transactions where refund is not permitted by the applicable insurer or regulatory requirements.
- PAN applications or government/ authorized service charges that have already been submitted or processed.
Any exception will depend on the applicable service provider's policy, transaction status, regulatory requirements and the circumstances of the transaction.

Once a refund is approved, the actual credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Anshtrix will make reasonable efforts to process eligible refund requests promptly. However, the final credit timeline may depend on external banking and payment systems.
9. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the applicable original payment or settlement channel, subject to the transaction type and applicable service-provider procedures.
